Peter Green & Co was established in 1990. Our office, located at the Eastpoint Tower in Edgecliff, services the Eastern Suburbs property market.

Peter Green

The principal Peter Green is a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Originally a farmer from Central West New South Wales, Peter believes in offering good old fashioned personalised service.

His experience and professionalism has led him to sell and manage some of Sydney’s most elite properties.

Katherine Kevgas

Katherine has been an active member of her community and is so excited to be turning that community focus towards property management and real estate rentals and sales over the last 5 years.

With a passion for service in her inner west community, Katherine is ready to assist you manage your properties and help with your residential buying and selling requirements. She continues to leverage her know-how experience to exceed her client’s expectations. Now as a proud member of the Peter Green & Company Pty Ltd , a boutique real estate agency for over 30+ years, located in Edgecliff NSW.

Katherine carries the values of hard work, integrity and transparency into everything she does to create a solid foundation. Part-time work as a teenager helped her discover a zeal for flowers and service. Her enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, superb efficiency has enabled her to understand the needs of tenants, sellers and buyers.

When Katherine isn’t making home ownership or rental dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, in nature and trying out diverse cuisines, especially Greek food. Bilingual in Greek, she has worked closely with Greek Scouts of Australia and volunteered as a Scout Leader for 7 years.
